It's EASY and ENJOYABLE to run a gratitude challenge. You have a few choices for how to do this. Here are some basic steps:
- Open up the pack of 30 gratitude email intros, articles and journal prompts. You'll also find intro and conclusion content to copy and paste.
- Launch your email autoresponder software (I use Aweber) and start a new autoresponder.
- Go back to your open document containing the content. Highlight the first email intro. Paste it into the email. Style and add an image (You'll have these in a folder if you purchase them from Wordfeeder as well.)
- Set up Day 1 to automatically go out as soon as someone signs up for your series.
- Continue for days 2 through 30. Email 2/Day 2 of your challenge should go out as an autoresponder one day after Day 1 sends.
No time to set up a challenge on email? Just wing it on your social media group. Invite people to make an advance payment to join, then add them to a private group. Each morning, copy and paste the intro and article/journal prompt. Invite attendees to share their journaling entries if they like. Provide feedback if desired.
Don't want to do this for a full month? Launch 15 days. Pick and choose your favorite entries. Share the other "days" as blog posts or social posts to attract new signups and get people interested in your gratitude challenge.
