I just want to apologize again. My life has been full of challenges for the past ten years. Relationship, medical (not me), financial, relocation challenges. All of this greatly slowed my business growth. I know I'm not alone. Some of my customers reached out to me in understanding over this. Thank you.
Helpful biz owner friends suggested outsourcing. It's surely a smart move. But the problems are money and time. You must TAKE the time to organize and make a plan. This gets you a clear picture of what needs to be done so you can outsource. I just wasn't ready last year.
I did hire a VA during the quarantine for some back office tasks. She was pregnant and struggling and so was I! I liked her. But quarantine and virtual "pivot" school made it really hard to focus. So quite a few things became messed up in the member area. I am sorry about that. My VA and I were not connecting. We both had our hands full to overflowing.
True story: I did a lot of tiptoeing around to get my son what he needed in a roundabout way during 2020/2021. I found loopholes. Example: I read something from a medical authority online that said if you really need to take a walk while isolating, you can go out as long as you're not near other people. GOOD ENOUGH for us. Kids need sunshine, fresh air and friends. There is ALWAYS a loophole, a side door, a workaround or a technicality. Remember this for your success, survival, and for the betterment of your family.
Okay, so let's talk about your Wordfeeder member area. I made some changes.

Some of my customers don't like this, because they're not used to it. But maybe if more PLR sellers started thinking in niches, they'd do this, too. When you log in, ask yourself first, WHAT NICHE am I looking for content in?
So let's say you signed up for the Weight Loss PLR Monthly. You'd look for WEIGHT LOSS MONTHLY. This membership comes with article packs from this year and the year prior. So that's how it's organized under that tab... by year.
Look at all that free stuff and high-value content! Log in and go take a peek.
Helpful Tip: Each of the above tabs opens up to either a GET MORE or YOUR DOWNLOADS tab. This is meant to help you find what you ordered, or get more of the same.

My total breakthrough happened recently. I realized that I could log in AS my customers and see what they see in their member account. This was a huge perspective shift.
I also created a test account. You should do this, too:
- Log in as the administrator.
- Find the test user you created, and click on it.
- Grant the test user access to a specific product or membership.
- Log in as the test user to see what changes in the member account
- Check if the correct files are accessible.
- Check email to see what kinds of automation comes through.
- Check user email again for the next few weeks. Be mindful of any autoresponders that come in. Delete or deactivate these from Amember if no longer relevant.
The test account opened my eyes to what's going on with all my lists. I was trying to segment but the amount of emails is truly overwhelming. I can see that now.
Last night, I deactivated all Wordfeeder niche segments (business, cooking, health, psych, etc.) in AWEBER. Then I tried to do a user import from Amember to AWEBER. Always a nail-biter. If you get an email asking you to confirm, please do so.
If you were NOT on the main list, you're missing the deals. So I hope you see this! I will post it elsewhere on my site and link to this page. We now only have TWO lists. Finally: Now that I understand the member area and how things function, I'd like to start building affiliate relationships. I've been iffy about this, and for good reason.
