NEW Neurodiverse Content Club

Published: Fri, 03/10/23

Hi ! Are you a parent of a neurodiverse child or children? Is yours a neurodiverse family and household?

I've been mentally forming the Neurodiverse Content Club for the last few months. I'm ready now to start creating content in support of this community.

Later today (or tomorrow at the latest), I'll release the first piece of written content to support neurodiverse parents and kids.

Here's a sample from the article I'm working on right now.

(an Expert from The Neurodiverse Parent’s Personal Creed and Commitment)

(Change, add to, or modify these thoughts in any way you like.)

"It is my child’s right to explore and immerse in the gift of feeling and sensory delight. Simple things like basking in the warm sun, splashing through rain puddles, petting the soft fur of our family dog… are precious and priceless.

It is my right as a parent to take a moment and really regard my child in his or her truth. It is my right not to behave as a director of activities but a patient guide and willing supporter, and this takes time, dedication and persistence.

It is my neurodiverse child’s right to seek and find support in me as his or her parent. My child must be permitted to express, seek and find relief and comfort when overstimulated or overwhelmed.

I exercise my power of observation and experience, to know when my neurodiverse child has had enough and it may be time to transition to a less stimulating activity such as reading or sitting quietly in the car."

The first content delivery will be free. After this, I'll add something new to this membership once per month.

I'll be back later with the content gift.

Thank you, as always, for your support of our freelance writing endeavors! Even a small purchase helps us continue to provide high quality content that brings meaning to people's lives.
