There are many reasons why gut health can be an issue for people who have been diagnosed with neurological differences. These can be... Gut health affects all aspects of physcial and mental health, including metabolism, immunity, mood, energy levels, and overall wellbeing.

While gut health challenges can be common when you, your child or someone you know has a neurological condition, this doesn't have to mean lower vitaility or quality of life. There are things you can do to compensate and to improve how the body processes food.

I created this advice in the hope that people whose lives have been impacted by conditions like autism, ADHD, mood disorders, sensory processing disorders, and other, less commonly known neurological conditions can get a starting point for identifying and taking steps to improve gut health.

Overall, the content that we provide will support the neurodiverse community by offering solutions, workarounds, and information cited from reliable sources.
