Hi ! It's Friday, so here's a free tip that you can pass along to your fellow online business owners. It's about potential affiliate income.

 I've been noticing for some time that one of the leading companies which we all promote, or ideally would if we had our stuff together, has a certain technique that really must work well for them to increase profits by way of their affiliates.

 It is easy enough to set up if you already use a program like Amember or something similar to run an online membership with a built-in affiliate program.

 Here's how you set it up.

 There's an email that goes out each time one of your affiliates makes a commission. You were probably provided with boiler plate text for the email.

Jazz up that email.

First, get them excited to make a commission, and you well should. It's money! Online business is the best thing that has happened to nerds like us. (I say that with great affection.)

Next, make it super easy for them to promote more. Include their login details, a general affiliate link and any other commonly used account details.

If you use a member, you will find code for this in the HTML email edit area. Choose the code. The code will populate with whatever the affiliate has chosen for their membership details


Make sure the links are live. If you have an opportunity to give them their password, include that as well. I don't see it in my Amember, but maybe I'm missing something.
