9. Save the PDF to your computer.

13. Set up an autoresponder email. Type your welcome or "Thank you for your order" message. Paste in the PDF link for your readers to download.

15. Add a sales page to your blog. Select the No Sidebar Layout. (page should not contain other links or distractions.
