- Keep the goal in sight. I LOVE what I do, so this drives me to continue creating for my customers.
- Keep it upbeat. Fun fact about me: when I'm not reading, researching, writing and editing, I'm singing and dancing around. SURE you can write about serious topics and still take dance breaks.
- I limit my time with negative people. Gossip, complaints, criticism. Nobody got time for those things!
- Keep an eye on the competition. I do it just enough to stay inspired, but not enough that I would purposely try to rip someone off or lose my own motivation.
- Give credit where it's due. I really think this is important. Much of what I do is credit to those who were in PLR long before I was... Alice Seba, Tracy Roberts, Kelly McCausey and Trish Lindemood, to name a few.
- Keep on learning and trying new things... especially for my freelance and online business.
- Be ready to pivot into change. I think we all learned that hard lesson during the pandemic :(.
- Keep an eye on the market and SEO. Did you know that it is ESSENTIAL now to put your main keywords in H1, H2, H3 headings of your blog posts AND you get SEO points for adding bulleted lists and a call to action and signup at the bottom? YUP. Search engines love a formula. Also: I would be REALLY careful what you post on social media now because content is being basically swiped by AI.
