>Hi ! What a gorgeous day it is out. I must find a way to greet the sunshine today. Right now I'm doing my thing that I do when I turn regular articles into a 30-day challenge. It's not so hard. You just have to be systematic and add those little details. I'm a details person. D is for details!! :)

I wanted to pass you a sample of one of the articles that you can share with your readers. Here is a partial copy of "Day 4" of the "Relieve Stress, Relax and Be Present" 30-Day Challenge.

Day 4: Grow in Patience; Invite More Peace, Say Goodbye to Stress

How are you today? We're on Day 4 of the "Relieve Stress, Relax and Be Present" 30-Day Challenge. Glad you're here following along!

Do you find yourself short on patience? Does it seem like things take forever to get going? Are you short with others because they don't move, speak or think as fast as you'd like?

Patience is a virtue, as they say. We can't control other people and we shouldn't anyway. Always being keyed up and anxious isn't good for our health. When we're impatient, our body feels like a tightly wound coil, ready to spring into action. We can't wait to spring.

When we're impatient, others catch our bad energy. We seem to ooze negative energy that repels others people. Why be impatient when we can take life at a more slow and enjoyable pace? Why hurry when we can savor each moment, take time to think and have a delicious, slow and immersive sensory experience of life?

How to practice patience so you're less stressed overall:

Start with awareness.

Remind yourself that being impulsive and hasty often leads to double the work. We do things spur of the moment, then have to redo what we did or start over and do something else to fix what we did before that got messed up. We didn’t think before we took action. Now our desire to get ahead has us ironically behind.

Add in a dose of empathy.

One way we can become more patient is to see things through the eyes of others. When we connect with how other people think, we can better understand why they do what they do and the pace they do it at. We'll be less likely to want to rush them through.
