Hi there! I'm trying to get better at sending helpful tips and encouragement because I know we all need it right now.

I've decided that every time I come up with a useful work strategy I'll share it with you. I am going to do more emails on the fly from my car. If they come up with typos I'm really sorry, but sometimes I think it's just worth it for me to get you that special offer or send you that tip while I have the chance. Balancing school and work has really been a challenge. 

How's it going for you? Seems like every time I figure out a workaround something gets thwarted. For example, I've got a great VA who's been helping me organize the Wordeeder member area. This is awesome... except that she is going to be having a baby probably next week!

Okay so here's the tip. It covers how to accomplish more content creation on the fly. If you aren't used to using Google docs, try it out. You can launch the app from your phone and log into your email. If there's something good in there that you might like to promote, get in the habit of doing a copy and paste. 

Paste the message into a Google document. Highlight the sentence that you would like to turn into a live link. Highlight and copy whatever your affiliate link is. Paste the link as a text link. Save the document with a name that will jar your memory should you need to use this later.

When you get another free moment, log into your email manager, Aweber for example. Create a new email broadcast. Open up that Google doc that you created and do a highlight all and then copy. Go back to the email and paste in the text. Personalize it. Sometimes it doesn't work right from your phone, believe me I have tried. You can always just do a generic "hey there," but don't ever open with "greetings"  because that will land you in spam.

Set up your email with a great subject line and then schedule it for an opportune moment when your readers are likely to see it and open it. Or if now is the moment, just hit send.

I know everyone is emailing less. I can tell, my inbox shows much less activity. If we can all get into good work habits, then we can band together to continue bringing online business and internet marketing income in to feed our families.
