I've changed the price and deliverable of these monthly memberships. The new price is $11.97. Many of you have paid for what was owed for your last monthly membership. Thank you for that! I truly appreciate your business. The new deliverable is 15 articles. I'm thinking of also adding emails for each of the articles, so you can easily send them out without having to think! I may also include images. I'll confirm that once we get on more solid footing after this insane year.
Apparently I missed a step when editing the price of this membership. In order to make the prior total cancel out both in Amember and in PayPal, I had to manually fix this in EACH place. However, I didn't realize that I had to go back into Amember and manually fix everything until tonight. With so much going on with the virtual school situation, it's been very difficult for me to focus without constant interruptions. So you have my sincere apologies for this.
I've been hearing from customers who paid the next installment in a timely fashion (thank you!) that they're unable to access their articles. I finally figured out why. It's because of what I just stated - that I must now go into each account and cancel out the monthly membership in Amember. Lowering the price from the product end alone apparently wasn't going to do the trick.
Tonight I'm observing that each time that I cancel out and then manually enter an invoice indicating you paid, and cross-reference your payment in PayPal, a cancellation notice gets generated apparently. This has the effect of being alarming. Some customers have been emailing me wondering what's going on. As long as you paid, you should be able to access all of your articles as soon as I complete the step I just described. SO sorry for this... the people who weren't able to access their monthly content should be able to by now.
When I'm finished with this mess, I'll be sending you a nice coupon to make up for the trouble!! Thanks so much for sticking with me. This year has just been a doozy, hasn't it. Well... if you've managed to stay healthy, I'm glad for that.
I'll email you and let you know when I'm finished, so that you can log in and make sure everything is inside of your account that's supposed to be there based on your payment history. Again, if you'll just give me some time, I'll try to fix this for you ASAP!
