AND I'm going to add a gingerbread cookie recipe because I forgot to include those when I made this yesterday. They're certainly one of the classics.

Make it orange flavor by adding a bit of orange zest... change it from almond to mint by subbing out almond extract for peppermint and so on. If you cook or bake, you'll get what I'm saying.
