So, have you made any business resolutions for 2020? For me, I'm going to set intentions for the following:
Actually segment my list. I typically send any offer for any type of niche PLR to my entire list. I always feel like there could be an overlap. Like maybe the people in my Smart Coaching club would want to know about low carb PLR recipes that I've just released. However, since I launched a few of the monthly memberships, this seems like things are getting nichier than ever. So if you feel like you're hearing from me less (and you're excited about it?!) that's probably why.
Outsource more. I do have a team of writers who support me here at Wordfeeder. However, most writers have a few different irons in the fire, so it's tough to get their undivided commitment. Particularly when everyone else sells PLR. Steph and Shannon, Dee and myself all have our own PLR sites. So sometimes I can get them to contribute content to Wordfeeder but other times they're wrapped up in their own stuff. I get it.
Launch or nix the other 2 existing monthly PLR memberships. So far our Life Coach/Self Help, Business/Marketing, and Weight Loss/Low Carb Memberships are live. The first two deliver 30 articles per month. The latter is a 10-article or 10-recipe deliverable per month. People are definitely appreciating the great content we offer here! But I do need more support from other writers if I want to keep going with the other niches. Thinking Mixed Bag might be better titled "Home and Family." Your thoughts? I appreciate any input or suggestions you have. As I've mentioned, the Wordfeeder PLR memberships are in beta right now.
Find a good VA. Keeping up with the member area is definitely something I can do better at. One task that I think should come first is writing a how-to manual. This way, if I build a team, I can get all of my support members on the same page, literally and figuratively
