Here's how I do it: Pop open the content and save it as a new doc (so you don't wreck the first one!).
Read through and select what you'd like to use in your newsletter.

Open up the template. Paste in the sections that you want to feature in various spots. Change or personalize it if you need to.
Maybe add your own story or example in there if it fits!

Read through your newsletter one more time. Proofread. Set up all the links. Then send!
