Free Gratitude Exercise for Your Followers to Benefit From
Published: Mon, 11/06/17
, good morning. :) Yesterday, Susie O'Dea of Master PLR kindly provided a positive review of Wordfeeder's Attitude of Gratitude 30 days of content. Since I had kind of forgotten what I
wrote exactly, I thought I'd pull out the drafts and look at them again. They really are extremely uplifting. It made me feel happy and introspective to read them. That's what I was hoping to achieve for the end users of the content.
Since I am now in the full gratitude mindset, I thought I'd share the last exercise with you. There's an article that goes with it which is part of the pack. Feel free to publish this exercise on your blog, email to your list or share with your social group this Thanksgiving month. YOu can also change it to Christmas or "The Holidays" if you intend to host an event like this in December.
Exercise 30: Show Your Friends Some Love This Thanksgiving Season.
Do you know who your real friends are? How do you know?
A friend builds up your self confidence. True friends will be honest with you while at the same time speaking to you in a tactful and kind way.
A friend will help you look on the bright side. A good friend will offer you honesty, and be open to honest thoughts and opinions from you.
A friend doesn't play mind games, tell fictitious stories about you, or otherwise try to make you feel less-than.
Here's a fun activity if you're looking to show appreciation for friends.
Most people reserve Thanksgiving-Day get-togethers for family.
But what about Friend Thanksgiving?
You can host it over the long Thanksgiving weekend, or have your friends over for Thanksgiving Part 2, the first week of December.
Friend Thanksgiving can be a marvelous way to partake of delicious turkey, stuffing, sweet potato pie and fixin's, but do it with your laid-back, fun and entertaining friends instead of your sometimes overbearing family members.
Friend Thanksgiving could be a great way to use up those Thanksgiving Day leftovers! Pass the pot pie, please. :)
Journal It.
Write down all the things that you love about your friends.
Write down some fun and festive ways to celebrate your greatest friendships this Thanksgiving season.
Put your plans into action. Host an amazing, friend-full event. Raise a glass to those folks in your life who laugh with you, cry with you, come to your rescue in times of need, listen to your stories, and make you feel all-around awesome to be alive.
Cheers to the best of friendships!
