Here's an idea for "member levels" that you could set up as, say, a motivational coach:

Tier 1: FREE access to the forum with weekly motivational emails
Tier 2: Add in a monthly themed workshop and forum that they get access to for a low monthly fee, say it's $12 per month.
Tier 3: Add in 4 private coaching hours per month PLUS the same perks they got in Tier 1 and Tier 2, for say, $25 per month.

Here are some non-PLR niches that a member site would be ideal for:

• Coaching Membership
• Mental Health Resources and Reading Library
• Special Interest Memberships- think Dog Lovers, Gardeners, People Who Want to Write and Publish a Book
