The posts are worded to pique curiosity so people will want to read more. At the end of each short blurb there's some "click here for more" verbiage. The "click here for more" line is designed to make it easy for you to link back to your sales page where you can sell your ecourse. Another option: offer this ecourse as a VERY generous gift for free in exchange for signups. Intro

Do you feel stressed for a lot of the time? Do you suffer from frequent headaches or indigestion due to the pressures of life? Has your doctor told you to reduce the amount of stress in your life to improve your health?

Stress takes its toll on us in many ways, and is hard to escape in our constantly connected world. Maybe you lie awake at night, plagued by your to-do list. Perhaps you feel impatient for a lot of the time, and find yourself being short with people. Maybe it’s tough to give your full attention to the kids, or you have trouble focusing on ordinary tasks like bill paying.

People always say “Reduce stress,” but how does anybody really accomplish this?

Often it helps to first consider the types of stress you may be experiencing, as well as the sources of the stress.

Sources of Stress

Stress comes in many forms. There’s mental stress, which can occur from trying to fit too much information into any given day. A person who works at a demanding day job, then attends college courses after hours, may experience mental stress due to all of the reading, listening, and mental processing of information that may be required of them.

There’s also task-oriented stress, which may mean that you’re trying to accomplish more than is humanly possible in a specific amount of time. Women in particular grapple with trying to juggle too many roles and obligations in the ever-shifting balance between work and family life. If you never feel like you have enough hours in a day to get everything done, you may suffer from task oriented stress.

There is physical stress, which means you may be pushing yourself too hard – giving your body more than it may be able to handle. If you work at a manual labor job, or have committed yourself to strenuous work, you could be feeling the effects of too much physical stress on the body. Another example of physical stress could be someone who is recovering from an illness or a recent medical procedure, trying to accomplish too much too soon and not giving their body the rest required to heal.

And there is emotional stress, which shows up in the form of relationships and events that cause us emotional discomfort or extreme swings of intense emotion which can be jarring to the nervous system. Another source of emotional stress is the idea that the circumstances of our life have gone out of our control – that we are at the mercy of other people, or events, places and things which dictate how we live instead of the other way around.

If you’re suffering from stress, then you may feel like you’re stuck in an impossibly negative cycle from which there’s no way to break free. But everyone has the ability to take the reins in their own life and decide what’s important versus what’s worth letting go .....
