Reminder, Homepage Offers Ending After Midnight, Also Some Affiliate Tips

Don't compete - collaborate.
Other PLR sellers are NOT your competition. They're your collaborators. Why? Because everyone shares half in this business. So if you wrote up a set of keto articles, and so did Jane Doe, your content-hungry audience will likely buy both. If you two set up a relationship as affiliates of each other, and Marketer Bob buys a pack of your articles through Jane and a pack of Jane's articles through you, you each profit and then split the sale. But if Bob buys your articles and not Jane's, AND the two of you are NOT set up as commissioned affiliates… then you make 100% off of your own sales.
Knowing this, it makes sense to promote for Jane who has already done the work, then ignore what Jane is doing and work twice as hard!
I hope that makes sense! It did to me when I wrote it. ;)
Time it right.
Okay, next point is about timing. The timing of your content release is critical. Why? Your audience needs a warm-up and get-ready period. I'm guilty of releasing too fast, out of nowhere. Two weeks lead time is probably the best way to handle new content releases. Give a heads-up and put the squeeze page up right away. The page will start to rank on Google at some point during those 2 weeks. People will find the page and sign up. Then comes your content release, and sale for a limited time only.
If you do it the way that I have been doing it, I think you have to double back and put your releases on sale for a second time. That way, when people miss the first sale, at least they get another chance. But this does create more work for you, and your audience might not appreciate all of this extra activity over one product.
Streamline your sales pages.
Next thing to watch for is keeping the content on your sales pages very streamlined. So if you have a set formula for writing, say, health and wellness content sales pages, you just keep that formula and then plug in the unique details every time you release a new PLR product.
Finally, if you avoid customizing your sales pages to talk about sales and coupon codes, you can cut down on the amount of drudgery work for yourself, AND your people will have to sign up for your mailings if they want order details. However, this part is really up to you. I kind of like having the offers listed publicly on my website. The only problem I think is that when people show up and see an expired offer for PLR, they think, "Oh, well I'll just come back later when she puts it back on sale" and maybe then they don't?
This is my stream of consciousness, aka what I've observed as a newish PLR seller. If these tips help you sell more content online and build your affiliate relationships, then go for it!
