This idea for a Peaceful Summer Challenge came from a person whose talent I'm in awe of. I asked if she was cool with me creating a package of private label rights content around her concept, and it seems that she is. Now if I can get her to stop being so busy (aren't we all?) maybe she'll even add her special design touches to this pack. Not sure yet but stay tuned! For now, I was really feeling like I needed a new type of journaling challenge that compares to some of the other beauties that I've released on Wordfeeder over the past two years. So this idea is a hit as far as I'm concerned.
I will be working on the "Peaceful Summer Challenge" for you to share with your audience of life coaching clients, self help readers, creative muses and other very special people who look to you for guidance and inspiration.
Right now, I'm looking to make this a 10-Day Journaling Challenge, but I may change that; not sure just yet.
So far, each "Day" will have a short article to ruminate over; an exercise to perform; a journal entry to write, and a "for the future" intention to set.
I will hand you the intro content to this series right now. You can copy and paste this for yourself to announce this challenge as forthcoming for your readers. (I want to get it launched really soon, as we're already into summer). When it's all written you can set this up as an autoresponder series to go out to your list. Or, if you don't have a list yet, publish each "day" of the challenge on your blog and in your social group to get things going, AND offer it as an ebook download that people can take to go and hop on your list in exchange for the document.
Here's the intro, as mentioned. This should explain what's going to be included here. I'm excited! And filled with peace just writing this. :)

"Peaceful Summer Moments" 10-Day Journaling Challenge
- Are you someone who craves peaceful moments?
- Do you wish for more peace in your life?
We talk a lot about peace at Christmas especially. But consider that summer is a beautiful time to experience peaceful moments.
The summer days are gloriously long. Warm sunshine and fresh air beckon enticingly. Summer means relaxing, enjoying, exploring, and perhaps even inviting more peace into your world.
Instead of just pondering peace during the holiday season, why not make summer your special time for peacefulness? Swing open the door of your heart to discover peace in everyday moments.
You are warmly welcomed to join us for the "Peaceful Summer Moments" 10-Day Journaling Challenge.
This challenge will be perfect for you to follow along with if you…
- Recognize that peace is something you very much need to seek out in order to feel grounded and secure.
- Feel deeply affected by negative people and stressful situations… and want to turn this around.
- Find yourself emotionally thrown off and repelled by conflict, so much so that "Seek Peace" is a repeating mantra for you.
- Carry around with you a sense of impatience or anxiety- knowing deep in your heart that it's time for positive change, and a shift to inner peace.
- Are drawn to the company of people who carry a certain stillness and grounded peacefulness wherever they go.
- Know deep in your bones that you are a true empath, and that peace is necessary for you to survive and thrive.
- Seek a mindset shift from "Do more, be more" to "Live more mindfully. Notice more. Feel more. Share peace with your fellow humans, each and every day."
- Deeply hope for more peace - know that this is the real key to your heart's happiness - but aren't sure of where to start.
- Know that real, inner peace, is the key to total happiness, and that peaceful people are often healthy people.
In our 10-Day Peaceful Summer Moments Challenge, we'll seek and find peace by…
- Taking time each day to ground ourselves in nature
- Becoming aware of our reactions and responses and how these can either draw us closer or pull us away from peaceful moments
- Realizing that peace is often found in the simple things
- Discovering special pleasures and pastimes that bring us peace
- Recognize the people who pull us farther away from peace, and how to step back from their influence
- Setting aside time each day for quiet reflection
- Journaling about what it means to be peaceful
- Identifying the people and things in our everyday lives that bring us the most peace
- Inviting others to share peace with us
- Patching up difficult relationships and offering a sign of peace
- Searching for ordinary ways to bring peace to other people
- Knowing that real peace begins inside of our own hearts
Are you as delighted by this new challenge as I am? Then be one of the first to publish this under your own name. You can edit it, add to it, change it or whatever you like. I am hoping I can get my favorite designer to team up with me on this. But if she's already booked up with projects, I will understand. And I'll write it anyway, and maybe when she gets some free time she can create an add-on for this package. I will keep you posted!
In the meantime, enjoy some peaceful moments yourself this summer. :)
